Workshop for lease Marrickville
I'm looking for someone to sub lease the downstairs of this two tier workshop. The current lease holder for downstairs is moving out and will be available from 27/05/16. The building is very secure with 24 hour 7 days a week access. Floor space is approx 25 sqm. Close to Marrickville Metro Shopping ...

Your right, it will be hard to find. I thought I would put it out there anyway. I forgot to mention in the OP that I'm in Sydney. I've tried some local co-ops and membership is expensive when all I need is space for a few hours a week. If I can't find anything I might have to go that way.
