Has anyone had success purchasing a reasonable quality Chinese thickness gauge with a 300mm throat. Their prices are hard to beat but still represent a waste of time and money if they don't function in the ball park. It's hard to gauge (:lol:) the quality from pictures over the net. Dear ANZLF members, Although I would love to purchase a drum sander, presently, it's beyond my budget. Does anyone know of a business, in Brisbane, who could drum sand backs and tops to bring down to general thickness requirements? I'm thinking a joinery or cabinet maker's business or Men's shed etc...
