Danish oil is fairly forgiving, so unless you’re seeing any kind of issues I really wouldn’t worry. When I went through a phase of danish oil finishes I think I used to do a few coats, let them cure for a day or so, do a fine sand and then recoat, let it cure again and then give it a light buff.
