Martin, Thanks for the reply. Presumably you set the blade angle to plus and then minus 5 degrees - I see this OK, but how do you get the 1 degree back angle - do you use the table saw? Mitch Mitch Most saws will only tilt in one direction, so you cant go minus 5 degrees, you need to flip the work ...

I agree with Allen, it might be QLD Maple, it does have that look about it. QLD Maple does have a very distinct smell about it when cut.

Top notch as usual! Are you moving away from your old head stock design? I have to say I liked the previous one a little bit more. I do like the heal and cap design that you have recently changed too, even though the way you used to continue the heel cap into the back was awesome.
