Yes, how does one just simply drop it and create a break that extends down into the sides, me thinks that looks like a rock star stage act where you smash the body into the ground whilst holding onto the neck.

I have cnc and laser scanner, but example lets say you want to duplicate a bridge with cnc and laser First laser scan the item in from different angles (about half an hour) take laser scanned image and reverse engineeer it with programs to create tool paths and cnc g code for router (40-50minutes) T...

:D I decided to get the duplicator, becuase it just saves time, whilst we have a laser scanner that can scan any item into a 3d image and we also have the technology to reverse engineer that image out to the cnc router, it takes way too long Nothing like slapping an old removed bridge and then dump ...

So for those not in the know. I sold my cnc router off, as it was not being used much any more since I had upgraded to a bigger unit. I said, If I can sell it for the amount a duplicator costs then I will replace it with a duplicator.. I sold it for the exact price of the duplicator so all is good. ...

Agreed, the basic buff attached to a drill press or electric drill will do the job for you. I have 2 buffing wheels attached to a bench grinder for small generic stuff, and fret polishing and so forth, But if Im buffing a whole guitar I use the big dedicated makita hand buffer, beautiful piece of eq...

You can see the cracks in the flooring, I can putty and fill them up but would much prefer a floor covering

Vinyl has been the flooring of choice in most of the engineering shops I've worked in Steve, Okay another vote for vinyl, Ill price it up tommorrow, I guess just got to be careful when moving things, upsatirs wont have liquid cooled machines just manual machines.
