Hi Tod, I used a cad program to draw the diameter/radius I required, then using my printer, printed about 6 portions of the arc, joined them together, attached to some scrap timber(x2), cut the shape out & used that as my sled. 2 ft dia. radius board using mdf, 6mm pin in the centre to hold mdf boar...

Here's my glue dispenser, once the contents have been consumed, wash it out re-lable it and hey presto.
Holds up to 250ml and the screw top lid seals the contents.
Hey if it's good enough to hold sauce, it's gunna be great for glue.
