There was a good suggestion ages ago on the forum to chuck a few clear marbles into the bottle every time you use a bit so the air is pushed out of the bottle and thus the bottle lasts you long...

I think what you're looking for might be pretty hard to find. While you are only there 2 days a week all of your stuff will be in the shed space during the week while you are not. So you're essentially renting the space seven days a week... I doubt someone will be happy with charging you $50 a week ...
