I walked up those stars for 15 years and vowed if the factory gets demolished i am going to claim that hand rail of Ash and that is what I did,Oh the template that is my universal routing plate :D All good fun.

True if you like the look and feel of wood then it's just another gimmick in a long line of look I built an Instrument that looks cool and OH I made it out of titanium Just because it's kinda unattainable ,so are some woods I'l take that instrument thanks. :D Cannel 9 I wish 10 was better. :lol:

Ahh I see what they did more adjustment screws in the back to jack the front up to gently rest the strings on No Buzz .

That is an interesting question I have heard from an old instrument maker that after hundreds he has not made his best instrument yet ,I just crap at it across the board so I guess that's where I sit. :D

Hope to be there i have an Engineering background and make a number of hand tools jigs and fixtures mainly for the Instruments I make should be able to help out any one needing an odd tool to do the strangest of things , see you there John.

I guess the problem with the scarf joint is the thinnest point is always going to be a problem to work with ,so I guess there needs to be a square edge where they butt together left after shaping the underside just a thought.

I used it once worked OK for me ,for someone else I would be a little apprehensive.I was looking at the strength of Corian the other day it has a bone color and the same constancy as the pretend bone types around polishes well too off the beaten track but there you go:)
