Allen, What sort of Mac are you running? There were reports of some users having some problems with the new OS but I think its largely related to third party software. What do you think? Anyone had dealings with this seller? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Indian-Rosewood-Back-and-Side-HighF...

When are case builders going to supply cases with support along the entire length of the neck?? The way I see it if your case gets dropped from a great height and the neck is only supported under the nut, when the case hits the ground the neck under the nut will stop but the headstock and rest of th...

Heres a little link I have in my weblog. The email address harvesters lock on to it and they get directed to a website containing a a list of the email addresses of known spammers. The spammers on the list then get a dose of their own medicine.

Martin, Denatured alcohol for what reason, stops cloudiness? I must admit I only use the technical grade meths because theres always a bottle of the stuff sitting on my bench. I imagine having any water in the mix wouldnt be a good thing. Maybe someone could mix up some domestic grade meths with z-...

Bob and Arnt have answered your questions. On a sound board I wouldnt use zpoxy except if I was desperate to add colour to the wood. I dont like a rigid finish on a piece of wood I want to be free to vibrate. For diluting zpoxy I use the same technical grade (100%) meths I use for my french polishin...

Other Scientists however have read this book and there comments along with Woodmorappe's replies to same can be ...

Kim, A good source of info on the construction of Smallman's bracing is the Guild of American Luthier's Big Red Book series. There are four Big red Books out so far and a fifth one due out early next year. They contain a wealth of material on guitar building. If youre thinking of playing with lattic...

Serge mate, Have a read of this and then we can re-visit Polonium Halos. http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/po-halos/gentry.html Its from a pro-evolution website but I think youll find their quoting a bit more accurate and reliable than some of the stuff youre accessing from the Creationist sites. This to me suggests theres a bit of epoxy being used.Hesh1956 wrote: And with no disrespect intended the entire top is not very neat IMHO and I don't see any evidence of any lacky like me spending a couple of hours hitting it with 240 paper and cleaning it up.
