Hi,
I always use a Bolt on Neck System , Cause I don't want to Commit to a neck angle till I have Finished the Box , and can Place the bridge in the Sound board and do my final adjusment from there .
Learnt that lesson the hard way.
Cheers,

That's terrorfying,
I have sanded my latest build with the Rolling pin sander , which works a treat , but was my first use of it and it has left me a little thin in spots.
after seeing this my Sphincter will be firmly clenched whilst doing the binding channel.

Prefered Suppliers.
Hi all, I was just thinking after snapping up some more of Tim's ( the dealer) bargains, why, with our exchange rate so low, our other suppliers are not tempting us with some specials. I know I be keen to see some offerings from them , perhaps if enough of us show some interest , in say a soundboard...

Re: Soundhole patch, bridge patch and grafts material. ???
Hi Guy, Interesting Thread, Does the bridge plate/patch strictly need to be cross grain , Reason I ask is because I once met a Guy who's bridge plates run the same grain direction as the top , he didn't use the X brace system , and the Bridge plate was a bit larger than the usual, and extended forwa...
