Mark, Nice technique with the inner tubes. One thing I'd probably do if I was using this technique is whack in locating pins at 2nd and 12thr fret just as a bit of insurance that the fretboard isnt going to slip during clamp up. Im off to the motherland on christmas day and will be back New Years eve and back to work a few days later so dont think Ill get much chance to log in over that period.

Back to work
Well Ive had 3 months off the rigs now and quite frankly Im more than ready to head back to work. I ship out to Perth and straight up to Broome on Sunday and then its 2 1/2 hours sitting in a chopper out to the rig on monday. Didnt get alot of guitars built during my time off.....the boss tightened ...
