MMMMM, Turkey, stuffing, mash potatoes, and pumpkin pie. My favorite holiday of the year, even though you Americans celebrate it on the wrong day of the year.

Have a good one Bob.

I believe the fingerboards have arrived in New York so Bob should be getting them to us fairly soon.

The original shipment was to be drop shipped from India to Australia.

I expect we'll hear an announcement from the Zootman before too long.

Well they indeed have arrived. We are putting the order together and will be shipping to Allen soon. It probably will be more than one package due to the weight restrictions. I'll keep everyone updated.

For those involved in the group buy, I'm on a holiday away from home for at least 2 more weeks. At Bob's in Geelong right now. I don't imagine that the fret boards will arrive until I get back to Cairns, but nevertheless, I can't ask my wife to sort the orders out and post them. That would be too much to ask.

I'll get them out just as quick as I can, after they arrive.

Hey Allan, don't sweat mate, the missus could always make a gondola out of them so she can make her way around the streets of Cairns :D

Thanks for the update BOB.

Allen,

Stop fretting about the fretboards and just concentrate on not falling off that bldi bike...or getting into trouble with those backless chaps.

Thanks for the progress, Bob. What's a few more weeks....

It's a shame that Allen didn't get the orders a month earlier.
I'm sure Allen would have been up to hand-delivering these
as he tours around the countryside on his 2 wheeler.

cheers, Stu

Not sure if I'd be up for the home delivery. You'd all see me in my chaps, and I'd be molested at every stop I made.

I believe it left the US on the 21st of March Jeff, so Allen should get it some time next week.

Rest assured everyone, I'm as keen to have this off my plate as all of you are to get your hands on your order.

As Bob said the order left the US on the 21st. I just checked and it cleared Australian Customs today. So with any luck at all it'll be here before the weekend.

I was really hoping that the order would have been waiting for my arrival home from my holiday, so I had some time to repack and ship out. Now I'm going to have to take up a weekend to get this all sorted out....and I have precious few free days in the next 2 months.

Will keep you all up to date.

Allen that isn't the worst of it. Due to the weight limitations in Australia I can only ship 55 fb's at a time at a cost of $300 US Maybe someone can help you out? I can ship to anyone willing to help Allen out. Instead of staying in good graces here it looks like this order is doing just the opposite.
So sorry.

Bob,

Your always in good grace mate but sometimes the best laid plans etc, etc.

I am on the West coast of AU and the only one in the state to jump in on this order, so no point shipping to me. But just for any who may be wondering Many of us have dealt with BobC in the past and he always comes through for his customers regardless of the challenge.

All is cool 8)

Cheers

Kim

If you need to send more you can ship it through to me Bob and I'll liaise with Allen and re-pack it and send it off.

Great to hear this stuff is on it's way - sorry to hear about what a hassle it's been ...

If it's okay Bobs? - I can pick mine up from Geelong as I will no longer be a Queenslander by the time this lot is sorted.

Cheers again, Anthony

If anyone has or is going to be changing address since I got your details, please forward your new information to me. I don't want any of this going astray.

Unless what Bob is sending is broken down into regions, and I don't see how he'd be able to figure out what's going where, then the only way to be able to fill everyones orders is from one location. Almost everyone has ordered various amounts of different product, and the most efficient way of filling the orders is if I have everything in one place and just get into it.

I'll be laying everything out on the floor, and just have a pile for each person. Checking the order a few times to make sure I haven't stuffed up. Then packing and getting ready for the post. As I've only got a motorcycle for transport until the weekends, I'll either have to try and sweet talk my wife into doing a bit of posting for me, or they will have to wait for a weekend.
