Howard Wright's Ph.D. thesis

Post by hilo_kawika » Thu Feb 05, 2009 3:57 pm

Howard Wright is a very interesting fellow who did a nice piece of work at the university.

I recommend his thesis to those of you who want to go to the next level in understanding how guitar structure and perceived instrument quality are related to one another.

I finally managed to get through it Dave. I found it very difficult to read and am certainly no academic. I found a few things interesting as they reinforce the beliefs I have already. I probably didn't get as much out of it as some others would but thanks for the thought.

Jim
