Dan Fogelberg

Post by Dave Anderson » Wed Dec 19, 2007 2:22 am

I was saddened to hear of the passing of a great singer/songwriter whom I admired for many years! Dan Fogelberg was a truly great musician and great person who will be missed so very much. Some of his songs are my all time favorites and I play a lot of his tunes on guitar: Leader of the Band, Run for the Roses, Same old Lang Syne, Part of the Plan, Power of Gold, and The Innocent Age just to name a few. Rest in Peace Dan

Yeah ,I read he was only 56 Billy and has been battling the disease for a couple years.
He kind of had the reputation as a soft rock/pop music artist but the guy could Rock!
He wrote a lot of great music over the years IMHO.
