Hey Bob,

If you follow this thread it will show the developments leading up to and through TC Yasi. Fortunately the lads in north QLD appear to have come out of it quite well considering the ferocity of the storm...

Thanks for the thought, Charters Towers is just inland from Townsville 130k, I am in Adelaide at this time so not being there was a big worry. A mate checked my house and workshop and reported one tree down, a Maple, and a bit of flashing off that he screwed back for me. I feel very lucky.

On a more serious note it is good to hear you got off so lightly...must be hard when your not there to witness the storm and can only imagine until your mate checks in...good mate. :cl
