Shane Howard plays an MC

Post by Bob Connor » Sat Jan 12, 2008 5:20 pm

I got this pic sent through from Ade Kelly who got the Mahogany OM from us just before Christmas.

Apparently Shane loved the sound and playability of the guitar but made mention that he thought it was a bit light in weight. I guess he's been playing Maton's for years which are considerably heavier than ours.

It's nice to get the thumbs up from blokes like him though.

Excellent Bob! Congrats mate that really is first class feedback. Your point about Shane's comment regarding the weight is valid. As you know I have a solid Aussie Blackwood 79 Maton Colonial, everyone comments on two things, how good she sounds and how heavy she is. Dead set, you could use that old girl for a boat anchor....but then i would have to kill you :D

Cheers
