two new ebooks

Post by nkforster » Sat Oct 29, 2016 5:00 am

Not been here for ages...anyway, I've got a pair of ebooks to plug - remember the blog I ran a couple of years back? The Luthier Blog - turned out to be too mch work and I was rubbish at selling the advertising needed to keep it going. So I took the content down turned it all into an ebook and put on Kindle for a while, now it's available as a good ol' pdf. There is a load of good stuff in there covering everything from marketing to design ideas.

Around the same time I wrote a book for a pal of mine - a very skilled repairman who couldn't seem to make a quid. Much of this was down to his working practices. So whilst away on holiday that year (I think I was in Oz for a month that year) I wrote this book for him - "Making a living in lutherie:from amateur to professional."

Again, loads of stuff. If you click on the links you should get a page that shows all the chapter headings so you know what's in.

There you go.

Best,
