Extraneous Old Wood Collection

Post by zendo » Wed Apr 19, 2017 9:05 am

Hello All,

I am selling or giving away my excellent extraneous wood collection. The sort of wood I will use in my fantasy like "one day I might turn that into a sculpture"... being a newly converted minimalist it needs to go, just like my book collection I never read.
What is there? A 100 year old piano I demolished - all excellent wood quarter sawn (too good for the tip), 150 year old window shutter soft wood (lots), various cedar, silky oak pieces, lots of well seasoned mulberry .... this is apart from my guitar woods which I keep for now. I am making my final two classics then selling off everything - later in the year. Any interest from nearby welcomed (Brisbane). If little interest here can anyone suggest a likely woodcrafts - person.
