Back replacement

After reading about all the things not to do to avoid a back splitting , i get one back (built 7 years ago) and i knew at the time i was pushing it. RH in mid 60's, cut a fair way of the quarter.
Client (sister thank goodness) lives in northern NSW which had an extremely dry spell in recent 2 months and she likes leaving it on a stand in rhe lounge as a show piece. Multiple cracks.
Rather than try & repair the crack, i have chosen to replace it - a better result and good experience.
Thnx to Simso for tute on his site. Back came off easily.
Lucky it's just a hobby for me.
It's as if it needs to happen to you once to take the contributing factors a lot more seriously.
These days i have a small dry room and do assemblies at 45% as recommended.
