Binding glue- which one to use

Post by KevinA » Sun Mar 01, 2020 12:07 pm

I need to attach black celluloid binding to a new build (my first one hence the dilemma).

It is to be tight against black and white purfling so I don't want a glue line to show between them, so I need an adhesive for celluloid to wood that is available here in NZ.
I've seen some on here recommend Tarzans Grip (which is available at Bunnings) but which one do people use (there are several) and does it dry clear, brown etc?

Maybe there is something better to use? All suggestions gratefully received

If you're in Auckland this is the place to go for glue
