Binding channel router on TV Swivel Bracket

I just upgraded this by fitting a new vertical slide and Kress Router.

Nicely done Ken. I'd be interested in seeing the spring counter balance set up for the router.

Your an inovator Ken, I love the fact you used something already available for the arm and used your time and energy to make a realyy nice router base.

Nice :D Thanks Ken. The fine adjustment idea is a nice touch and so simple when you see it! One that I'd never thought of and I'm paid to come up with ideas in my day job! :lol:

Nothing groundbreaking Allen...Just two springs, one end attached to the top fixed bit..and the other end to the moving bit...with an adjusting screw (off a turnbuckle) at the top to set the balance ..The Brass sliding bits, used to be the fittings on an old Bass drum :)

And here's a close up of the business end...I've since replaced the cap screws at the bottom with button headed ones to avoid any chance of scoring the workpiece while cutting :wink:
