Strung this one up yesterday and am pretty happy

Tas Myrtle back and sides
Engelmann Top
Brazilian Mahogany neck
Gidgee fretboard and bridge
bone nut and saddle
Quilted sycamore headstock and heel plate
Ebony and Maple strip binding
Shell rosette

Classic OM vibe going on there. I especially like the art deco profile on the headstock that also shows up in the bridge shape. Nice effect - but not over the top decoration.

That's nice, the engleman dose'nt look creamy like the ones I have in stock. It looks quite aged which I like.
Is it the finish used or just the lighting taken when photographed, interesting.

Wayne, last build was Engelmann and it was creamy, used mirotone NC, this time i gave the box a couple of coats of shellac to warm it up,
The sycamore didn't t colour as much as i'd hoped, ah next time
Without deviation progress is not possible.
