A Taropatch uke is an 8 string concert tuned to gG, cC, ee, aa. I really have no idea why it's only the concert that is called this except that perhaps for the longest time a tenor uke wasn't considered a ukulele.

Made with Australian Blackwood and King Billy soundboard. the fret board, peg head veneers and bridge in Gidgee. K&K Aloha Twin pickup. Finished in 60% gloss lacquer.

Monumental effort!!.....SUPERB comes to mind, requesting a sound play of this little beaudy.

Did you make the fingerboard a touch wider to accommodate the extra strings?

Yes, they are typically either 38 or 40 mm at the nut. Double the difference from your normal nut and add that to what your string spacing at the saddle normally is.

Nice work Allen. What are the tuners? Theyre planetaries?

Yes, they are Peg Head tuners at 4:1. Very light as there is a real possibility for something like this to be head heavy. These make it a perfect balance.
