Laminated Florentine cut.

Post by rocket » Sun Nov 08, 2015 2:05 pm

In the dimensions of the ES 175 this 25 scale jazz guitar has laminated maple plates front and back sides are laminated maple also, maple and blackwood neck,21 fret ebony f/b with wmop block inlay,I've made use of some figured blackwood in the veneers and finger rest and other locations just to add a bit more interest, Benedetto B6 pup, black Gotah tuners, finished in Mirrotone gloss.

Thanks for looking
Cheers.

Rod.

G'day Rod,
That is a very special build.
I have a good mate who owns an ES 125 SC and it has a great playing action and tone.
Love it and look forward to a sound file in the future.
Cheers

Love Florentines on archies and Venetians on flat top goose sticks, just personal preferences. But stunning work as ever Rod well done :cl
