Tommy really works this soundboard over, particularly later in the song, wonder what the tonewood is?

Sitka I believe Sebastiaan and if you reckon that was a work out, you should see the pounding Tommy delivers when he does "Initiation" in full flight 8)

I recall a segment on The Today Show where Tommy responded to a question about the state of the lower bout on his guitar by saying that he had attacked it with some sandpaper. Hope this isnt true.....

My Dad used to have a guitar that looked as damaged as this one, sad that he had to used it to paddle across the lake when the outboard motor stalled, dern alcohol :roll:
