busy as usual

Post by martintaylor » Sat Jul 26, 2014 11:02 pm

Hi All,

I haven't posted anything for a while, but have still been busy with guitar related activity. I have opened the Australian Guitar Making School Erina NSW.
This is under the tutelage of Strato Angnostis who has been running his school in Toronto NSW for about 8-9 years. We currently have 16 students at Erina and there a re still a couple of vacancies.

We are running weekly classes and the image below has details. Anyone interested in doing the course can contact me or just register your interest on the website http://www.australianguitarmakingschool ... h-form.php

If this breaks any forum rules posting this, let me know and I am happy for moderators to remove it but as it is guitar related and encouraging more of us to take up this wonderful addiction I am hoping it is OK.

I have only one question....the white parcel marked "fragile" on the bench behind the guy in the far right photo....what's in it?

Can't be Tim Tams Martin, any self respecting guitar school would have a box much bigger than that!
My guess is it's a top quality woodworking bench from that fine European company, Ikea.

Congrats on getting this up and running, a great resource for people to tap into to get them started in this rewarding craft. :cl :cl

Nice to hear in church but not in a Mexican prison.

You can't get better info that when taking a class from a good teacher. In the long run it will save you a lot of money . You can learn a lot from others taking the class . Share your mistakes as well as successes. Sometimes learning what not to do is more important that learning what to do.
