Very useful hint, thanks for sharing. Glad someone else did the experiment, I probably wouldn't have the guts to try it first. But there's a problem now, I don't have Titebond II, would someone please try if it also works with Titebond I ? :lol:

Bit ballsy of the guy to spread it on the actual record player. If he'd missed it might have been bye bye turntable

I know when I've used plastic containers in the past and applied titebond with a brush it is quite easy to get off the plastic. Yeah the improvement was huge!

Pity they don't still mass produce recordings on Vinyl, there's a few artists (Justlin Bleeder and Wrong Direction to name just a couple) I'd like to try this trick out with. Mind you, to really get them clean I'd probably use epoxy. :wink:

Only recommendable for historical recordings, try with those old wax cylinders. :mrgreen:
