Internet Security Anti Virus

Hi All,
I'm about to get a new antivirus software, can anyone recommend a good one or let me know what not to get. I'm running Windows 10

That's a hard one to answer, Lex, given that Windows 10 is essentially spyware.
This is an extract from their terms and conditions:- "We will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to."
The other downside to Windows 10 is that it scans your system for programs or hardware that may contain any portion of pirated software ...(even if you have purchased them legitimately) and then destroys them.

Norton is slow and hogs system resources. I run AVG on my workshop Windows machine...it runs fairly nimbly and does the job. My main machines in the house are Macs....

I think you'll find that Windows 10 is only partly evil.

Their services agreement is really about pirated Microsoft products, which are actually listed.

When I was running AVG I had nothing but problems. A PC tech advised I check out ZoneAlarm and ever since I've been using their "Internet Security Suite" I've had a great run.

Definitely recommend ZoneAlarm.
