Target Thickness for a 12 string

Hi,
Building a 12 string and it occurred to me that the result for calculating the target thickness of the soundboard for a 12 string may need to be modified slightly. Perhaps the vibrational stiffness figure? If anyone has some experience applying the equations for a 12 string I would appreciate your comments.

I was hoping someone else would chime in before me, but obviously not....

I usually keep the same vibrational stiffness figure and beef up the bracing using a sparse lattice.

Thanks Trev,

I take it that you regard Lattice bracing as being more stable than more traditional X bracing then?

I think it's more efficient, in that you can get the stiffness you want using less material than you would with X bracing, without the stiffness singularities. Take a look at the pictures on page 1-23 (Design).
